Eligibility for Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, in accordance with our return policy.
- For a return to be eligible, your item must remain in its original condition as received, with tags intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Refunds Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you of the approval status for your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
